底面部をかまぼこ型に金型で絞っている。さながらジンギスカン鍋のような山なりに絞った形状は、油を避けてヘルシーに焼く、あるいは油と絡ませながら焼くといったように、幅広い調理を可能にする。
直接ナイフで鉄板の上の肉を切ることができ、厚さ3.2mmと肉厚のある鉄板は蓄熱性も高く、高温で偏った炎でも鉄板の熱変形がほぼ起こらない。
弊社ジビエグリルにジャストフィット。ブランドロゴの刻印入り。
