無骨感あふれる黒皮鉄板を採用。肉厚4.5mmの鉄板にはエンボス加工がなされ、食材のくっつきを抑制します。
両面使えるリバーシブルで、どちらの面にも溝が彫られており、この溝をグリルに合わせれば固定して使用できます。

フェニックスグリルはもちろん、ピコグリルでも使用できます（アームの間隔が同じです）。

同時発売のTB鉄鍋と組み合わせればさらに便利に!!
