メスティンと併用することで簡単、お手軽に燻製料理を作る事が出来ます。

脚を開くと、先端の形状によりメスティンのフタと本体の間に少し隙間ができます。
完全に密閉されないため燻煙が滞留しすぎず、和やかな風味で美味しい燻製を作ることができます。

さらに、付属のトレイを差し込めば２段で燻製を作ることができます。
転がりやすいものや汁が出るものをトレイに乗せると、取り出しが楽です。

初心者でも簡単に本格燻製にトライできるSmoky、ぜひお試しください。
