厚さ5.0mmという厚みのある純チタニウムを使用。

油を敷かなくても調理ができ、たれのついた肉でも、ほとんどプレートに付着しない。
熱した状態のプレートに冷水をかけてたわしでこするだけで焦げ付き汚れが取れるため、手入れも非常に簡単。

チタニウムは熱変形も少ないため、直火調理にも強く、薪や炭の上に直接置いて調理する武骨なアウトドアスタイルにも向いている。

付属の取っ手とヘラ(小)もチタン製。

※本体に材料由来の細かな傷が見られる場合がありますが、使用上の性能や安全性には問題ありません。
